Accommodation:

Entrance hall. Open plan living room with kitchen and dining area. Digital freeview TV, Video, DVD and Stereo. multi fuel cast iron stove, Kitchen; gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer box, washing machine and dishwasher.

Bedroom 1 with double four poster bed and duvet. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, TV, duvet and en-suite shower room with electric shower, WC and wash-basin. Sofa bed (sleeps 2, free to children under 12 years, otherwise extra £25.00 to stated tariff)

A further family bathroom with bath, shower attachment, WC and wash-basin.

Facilities and services:

are inclusive of electricity, gas and heating, Wireless Broadband router, duvets, bed linen and 1 hand towel per bathroom.

(cost £2.50 per set ie. 1 x hand, 1 x bath).

At cost fuel for multi fuel stove -1st basket free, thereafter purchase locally.

A free travel cot is available upon request.
