Family bathroom with roll top bath and hand shower attachment, large shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.

First Floor; Master bedroom 1 with king size bed, combination freeview TV & DVD and en-suite bathroom with cast iron roll top bath, fixed shower attachment, WC and wash basin.

Facilities and services;

are inclusive of electricity, gas, heating - full oil fired CH also available. Wireless Broadband router. Bed linen, duvets and 1 hand towel per bathroom.

Further towels supplied on request 
(cost £2.50 per set ie. 1 x hand, 1 x bath). 

At cost fuel for multi fuel stove -1st basket free, thereafter purchase locally.

A free travel cot is available upon request.
